FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas — The boyfriend of a woman killed along with an 83-year-old earlier this month in South Holland was arrested in Texas. Village officials said Thursday that Christian Scott, 26, was taken into custody on Feb. 20. by authorities in Fort Bend County, Texas — which is located near Houston.
