Candela, a master-planned community in Richmond, has expanded by 117 acres with a new section where 348 homes will be built. With the expansion, a total of 1,706 homes are expected at build-out in the Fort Bend County community near FM 359 and Westpark Tollway, according to Johnson Development Services.
