SAN ANTONIO — A 57-year-old woman remains in the Bexar County jail, held on a $750,000 bond and facing a charge of capital murder. The warrant for Deleon Banda’s arrest was issued in Fort Bend County. It involves a 2020 murder in the town of Rosenberg, southwest of Houston.

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – Two men in Fort Bend County were arrested and charged for stealing more than 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel from local gas stations. Alfred Chapur Dominguez, 26, and Karel Cardenas Caballero, 28, were charged with stealing diesel fuel from local gas stations, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
