A 19-year-old has been charged with murder following an apparent road-rage shooting of a 20-year-old in Mission Bend Friday, according to authorities. The two men had a minor car crash Friday at the Beechnut and Addicks-Clodine intersection. Houston resident Ramon Vasquez, 19, is accused of shooting Humphrey Magwira, 20, multiple times before fleeing, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office. Magwira died at the hospital.
