Costco opens latest Houston-area store in The Grand at Aliana near Richmond

A new Costco, the Houston area’s 11th, opened June 27 in Aliana in Fort Bend County. The 152,000-square-foot store at 11125 W. Grand Parkway S., which includes a gas station, is the first business to open in the third and final phase of Houston-based NewQuest Properties’ The Grand at Aliana mixed-use retail center. The 67-acre development is located on the eastern side of the Grand Parkway at West Airport Boulevard, northeast of Richmond.
