Why a Fort Bend County family hasn’t received death certificate for father who died nearly 3 months ago

A Fort Bend County family was not only left to mourn the loss of their father but still have yet received his death certificate, nearly three months after his death. Angela Ho said her father, Jimmy Ho, passed away just before his 70th birthday in March. In May, she said she was notified that his cause of death was ruled as a heart attacked. According to Ho, the doctor told her they still had to complete a lung sample before completely the death certificate.
