Sheriff’s office investigators seek public’s help in cold case

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying the remains of a young white male who is believed to be the victim of a homicide. The body was found on February 13,1978 in Fresno, adjacent to FM 521 and parallel to the nearby railroad tracks. The closest intersection to this location is Evergreen Street. The victim may have been missing for approximately 5-6 months prior to the discovery of the body.
