Amber Alert: 8-year-old nonverbal boy missing out of Richmond

RICHMOND, Texas (KIAH) — An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing child out of Richmond in Fort Bend County. Authorities said the Endangered Missing Child is an 8-year-old black male name Ryan Akagbusi. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt. The missing child is 4’8″ and weighs 65 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
