Suspect charged in fatal shooting of neighbor in Fort Bend County

HOUSTON, Texas — Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 15700 Baybriar Drive about 7:30 p.m. last Thursday. Barbara Jean Blue, 75, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 400th District Court in Fort Bend County.
