Law enforcement to implement ‘No Refusal’ initiative over holiday weekend

The Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office and local law enforcement are implementing a “No Refusal” initiative over the Independence Day holiday, according to a press release. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, July 4-6, law enforcement will be watching for drivers who are impaired by alcohol or other substances.
