Fort Bend County property values increase year over year

(Courtesy of Pexels) Fort Bend County homeowners saw an average increase of 4.4% in residential property values from 2023 to 2024, while the market value for homes eligible for homestead exemption saw an increase of 2.1%, according to a news release from the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District.
