FORT BEND COUNTY (KIAH) – A Fort Bend County man has been arrested on animal cruelty charges after deputies say he allegedly caused deadly harm to his wife’s dog. According to Fort Bend Precinct 1, Constable deputies were called to a Cinco Ranch veterinarian clinic after for an injured animal report on June 28.
