Mosquito tests positive for West Nile virus in Fort Bend County, health officials say

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KIAH) — Health officials in Fort Bend County said that a mosquito tested positive for West Nile Virus on Monday. The bug was found in the 77498 ZIP code, which includes parts of Meadows Place and Sugar Land. The health department says it will spray the area this week.
