HOUSTON (KIAH) — A regional Amber Alert is out for a 12-year-old girl from Fort Bend County who has been missing for almost a week. The Texas Center for the Missing issued an alert for 12-year-old E’minie Hughes, who was last seen getting into a pickup truck on Feb. 22 at 1:40 a.m. at the 7700 block of Waterchase Drive in Missouri City.
