Flocks of snow geese arrive in Fort Bend County for winter

Not long ago, during winter season you’d only need to travel 40 miles west of downtown Houston to the Katy Prairie to see great clouds of snow geese stretching spectacularly across the skies before settling down like giant white blankets on fallow farm fields to feast on waste grains.
