Brazos River grant to help Sugar Land save homes from erosion

The Brazos River witnessed noticeable erosion post-Hurricane Harvey, underscoring the need for mitigation efforts to prevent catastrophic loss of life and infrastructure. To continue tackling the erosion along the riverbank, the Sugar Land City Council on Monday approved a resolution for $28 million grant application to the Texas Water Development Board.
