Voting guide 101: What voters need to know for the Dec. 9 Runoff Elections

HOUSTON – Registered voters will have a chance to cast their ballots for the Runoff Election on Dec. 9. The mayor’s race will be a big one for Houston. In Harris County, you can vote at any vote center in the county on Election Day. Harris County will open 450 vote centers.
