NewQuest Properties has completed the sale of a 20-acre parcel to Costco Wholesale Corp. in Richmond’s Grand at Aliana. Costco is currently in the construction phase of its 154,648-square-foot store and is targeting a summer opening for its third membership warehouse in Fort Bend County. This development also marks the initiation of NewQuest’s expansion of the Grand at Aliana, a mixed-use project spanning 400,000 square feet with extensive frontage along the Grand Parkway/TX 99.
