Man with autism goes missing after taking walk from Sugar Land group home

SUGAR LAND, Texas — Fort Bend County deputies are asking the public to be on the lookout for a man with autism who has been missing since Thursday. Tyler Mitchell, 44, was last seen at his group home at about 10 a.m. on Bay Gardens Drive near Lakewood Oaks Drive in Sugar Land. His family said he went for his usual walk but did not return.
