The next great town in Texas, Austin Point, was born in Fort Bend County on Sept. 21, 2023 as The Signorelli Company unveiled the design of the 4,700-acre master planned community adjacent to the George Ranch, in the vicinity of the proposed Grand Parkway and Fort Bend Parkway toll road intersection.
