NewQuest plans $46M apartments near Houston

NewQuest Properties is bringing another multifamily project to Richmond, a growing municipality in Fort Bend County. Named the Grand at Aliana II, the three-story complex will span 361,000 square feet, costing an estimated $46 million price tag, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The number of units wasn’t revealed, and NewQuest Properties didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
