Austin-based P. Terry’s Burger Stand signs first Houston-area lease

More burger news for Houston: P. Terry’s Burger Stand, a popular hamburger restaurant out of Austin, has signed a lease for one of its first locations in the Houston area. Todd Coerver, CEO of P. Terry’s, confirmed that the company recently signed a pad lease with San Antonio-based H-E-B LP at 9211 FM 723 in Fort Bend County, just south of the Westpark Tollway, 2.5 miles west of the Grand Parkway.
