The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Houston and surrounding areas. This includes parts of Harris, Brazoria, and Fort Bend Counties. The Warning goes until 1:30 p.m. It is best to stay off the roads in this area, as multiple high water spots are being reported.
