2 suspects, including juvenile, arrested in slaying of Richmond man

An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy have been arrested on murder charges after being accused in the fatal shooting of a Richmond resident. Wuilson Osmar Pereira, 18, was held on a $750,000 bond Friday in Fort Bend County Jail on a murder charge in the death of Blake Ingram, 38, according to a Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office press release. The other suspect, a juvenile, was also being held in the jail on Friday. The sheriff’s office did not disclose further information about his detainment.
