A man was arrested after his 7 dogs attacked a 71-year-old man, mauling him to death, as he was walking to a neighborhood store. The incident happened on July 18 in Fresno, Texas. 71-year-old Freddy Garcia was walking to a local store at around 1:30 p.m. when he was mauled by 7 dogs. The incident was reported by a witness to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
