Skechers USA Inc. will soon be coming to Fort Bend County’s The Grand at Aliana. The shoe retailer signed a 10-year lease with NewQuest Properties at an 8,012 square-foot space at the shopping center and is scheduled to open by year’s end, according to an April 25 announcement.
