The pilot of a small plane and a paraglider who died Tuesday after a midair collision near Fulshear have been identified, officials said. Robert Gruss, 35, a San Antonio flight instructor, was piloting the single-engine Cessna 208 that collided with paraglider Kenneth Tuttle, 51, of Fulshear, officials with Fort Bend County’s medical examiner’s office said Thursday.
