The Rosenberg Police Department reports it has arrested a suspect on a charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, among others. Isabel Kenny Salinas, 42, of Richmond was arrested and booked into Fort Bend County Jail on Dec. 24. He is being held under bonds totaling $115,500. He has also previously been charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and failure to identify.
