A Sugar Land-based nutrition company is about to begin an $18 million expansion that could bring another 200 jobs to Fort Bend County, according to city officials. The city council this week reached a tax incentive agreement with Bluebonnet Nutrition Corp., under which the company would receive a 35 percent rebate on property taxes for 10 years for constructing a new, 128,000-square foot facility, according to documents about the agreement.
