Fort Bend Christian Academy scored a touchdown with 22 seconds left in the game to cut St. John’s lead to a point, but a sack by St. John’s’ senior defensive end and team co-captain Michael Skaribas on the two-point conversion attempt helped the Mavericks walk away with a 34-33 win at home on Skip Lee Field on Sept 10.
